I'm feeling the cold,
As winter has finally taken hold,
It has sown itself into my very core,
Now I can't feel warm anymore.

I put up fake smiles,
As I'm around for a short while,
Now about me I am unsure,
My life has become one big blur.

I want to sleep in my frozen shell,
And about me no longer tell,
Go back to being alone,
As it feels so much like home.

Nothing new will I start,
As I go back to waiting in the dark,
No one is waiting for me,
So, I'll go out ot the endless sea.

But...

There is one...

just seeing
I'm just seeing what can be taken as references to the books. I didn't mean to put them in it. The writings have a mind of their own, no? Too bad that Robert Jordan died, but his final book will be compeleted though. www.dragonmount.com

Even if I say that hope is dead, it finds ways to stick around, it is like ants, cannot truely get rid of 'em. Joys are often the shadows cast by sorrows.

Most of the time, I draw inspiration from how I'm feeling. Right now, I've just been depressed. Given some more time, and I'll be alright.

Leaving the road
It is like driving off the beaten path; nobody knows you are there, and as long as you don't develop mechanical problems you might enjoy more scenery than others will. The trade off is, nobody will believe it when you say you saw Sasquatch or something like that. It reminds me of an old Merl Haggard song "Going Where the Lonely Go". There is no brother/sisterhood of the lonely, just the need to internalize and cope with it until you can write it down and examine.
