Worlds away
Steps apart
You need to stay
I need to start
To swing and miss
And lose the same
Cause when we kiss
All I feel is shame

I don't wanna know what this is if this is
Loving you
And I don't wanna be a part of this if this is
Loving you
And I don't wanna feel like this if this is
Loving you
Loving you

These words we speak
They're all empty
Conversations weak
Full of self-pity
My minds made up
I'm so sorry
I'm so shut off
You're too good for me

I don't wanna know what this is if this is
Loving you
And I don't wanna be a part of this if this is
Loving you
And I don't wanna feel like this if this is
Loving you
Loving you

And I shouldnt've let you down
I shouldnt've let you go
Shouldnt've tried to let you down so gently
Because you hate me now

I am life as we know it. I have no use for a name. I am a reject, all and all, I am a reject.

Loving you
Overall, I enjoyed this lyric. Just seems I always associate the title with Minnie Ripperton's song. I'd have to hear yours performed.

It has honesty and longing.

The ending was a bit out of left field. But that makes it all the more interesting.

Thanks for sharing.
