You must login to vote's been a long time coming, but I'm pleased to announce the Write-Off's return.

For the uninitiated, the Write-Off is a little competition in which two writers are given a story starter to complete by adding approximately 1500 words. Then, if all goes well, the wonderful members of Lit.Org rate each based on creativity, word count and general storytelling prowess.

This month's competitors are two shining stars of the Lit.Org family. They be Beckett Grey and Bartleby. Both are excellent wordsmiths and I'm certain they'll put on a hell of a show. So when you see their stories posted Sunday evening, please take the time to rate each.

Thanks much,

An Update
There has been a slight change in the competition. It seems Beckett's computer has done a bug-out and is in need of repairs. So he will be unable to compete this weekend.

Fortunately, there is no shortage of talented writers here at Lit.Org and our fearless leader, Crowe, has thrown his hat into the ring.

Look for Bartleby's and Crowe's submissions later this evening.

I may not be able to post any writing anytime too soon, because I'm in Jr. high and my English teacher has us entering several contests this year and doing other miscellaneous things as well. She is urging us to spend as much time as possible thinking about these, and working on rough drafts, etc, so I may be delayed a bit.

Thanx much,
