Once I loved a woman. Who I thought the gods themselves had sent me, they did…I loved the whole world, because she was in it…her strength bests my own, I will love her,

Long we will be parted, but I could bear it… as I know she would return one day…when she does , will her heart be wiped clean…will she still love me?, like I have?

Loved a woman
One line said it all for me.

"I loved the whole world, because she was in it"

This is beautiful and could stand alone. Thanks for this.

"I loved the whole world, because she was in it"
those are my favourite lines too... gorgeous...

I think the most winning thing about this is its hope, is the sage feeling that all things will return in the fullness of time, even love... replete with oneness...

you at your meditative/ metaphysical best.

Great line
"I loved the whole world, because she was in it"
That line really expresses what the worn out word "love" should mean.

I fear we (as a species) tend to use the "L" word so often, and for such cheap emotions (OOO, I just Love your new car...) that we have forgotten how to express it truely in writing.

This line is really great, and I sure hope it does not get repeated...if ya know what I mean.

Your Inner Beauties...
You are all who paint their souls on canvas, whose hearts bleed through the fountain of their pen...
