I miss waking up near
A woman who is to me dear
I miss wiping out a tear
Or soothing a small fear

I miss being hugged
With a pair of soft arms
I miss being loved
For my faults and charms

I miss being needed
And the presence of someone who care
I miss being wanted
And the presence of whom my worries share

Somehow this may sound insane
But isnít love and care what makes us humane
