Yesterday morning
I heard your voice for the first time
that so in love with it
I dubbed its timbre
to your summon in my lighthouse dream;
where you climbing up ahead of me,
long and dark hair waving at me,
despite I learned you already had it cut short,
so I got confused there!
but it still is a beautiful lighthouse daydream
with a little more life and sound,
it is a modern motion picture this time,
though not so modern being yet in sepia
awaiting Technicolorís revival,
I mean, waiting for us,
for our grand moment to unite,
to finally sit down in your cathedral ground,
face-to-face, on a bench
in vivid damask, saffron and azure,
holding each other for real.

crystal face I kiss
tongue tastes like sweet cold rain
I fall into pond

Lighthouse dream
What can I say about this? I liked it a lot. It's dreamy but not dripping-sappy, sweet but whimsical at times and that's what makes it so charming. It even made my bitter heart twitch around a little in my chest. Oh, nevermind... probably just heartburn. ;)

Wanda and Meghan
Wanda, glad that you enjoyed, but nope, I am not yet truly back, but of course I still read a lot from here, it's just my work schedule is so tight right now... so, I hope I can still one time stay for long in here. ;-)

Meghan, well, your comment made my heart twitch as well, in a positive way, that you liked it a lot is nothing I could expect for this simple poem. Why the bitter heart lady? Is it because of love? There's just one thing I always try to recall when love is making me feel bitter, these lines:

Love looks in the windows
Even when the house is dark
It can find its wayward self
and it can mend a broken heart

~ My favorite, written by a missed friend. Thank you. :-)
