Anger burns within
my skin conceals
what my bleeding
soul feels

Crimson clouds my
vision an
evil mission
forms in my being;
Remorse and love
fly fleeing
to the untainted
and sainted
soul sitting silently...

I was Jeckle,
now I'm Hyde;
may God save you
should We collide
You will never
heal what I saw
You sever;
I would never
allow you to
after what you
put me through

do not lure
me in,
don't goad me to fight;
your sweet abscence
is my soul's
i will never
let you win.

Well, I actually quite liked this one. It's got a certain something. The rhythm is really unusual; I get the churning turmoil but also the focus - like steam blasting at intervals from an engine.
The only thing that I didn't get was the use of the word "drug"? I'm guessing you meant "dragged", but drug fitted the rhythm better? I'm not sure it really works, though - it conjures up images of addicts and dealers, but that doesn't really fit with the rest of the peice.
But other than that, I liked it. Keep up the good work. :)

I liked this poem a great deal. It very much struck a chord with me, as I too am dealing with a lot of pent up hostilities due to grudges that i would like to act on...yet do not want to lower myself to the grudgees level. I like your other poems too, and i too am a follower of the rainbow so i can really relate.
take care fellow dreamer! :-)
