Sun creeping through the bedroom shades.
Morning comes much too quickly now,
Just as quickly as each day passes by.
There is not enough hours in every day
For you to know how much I love you.
Sometimes I sit back and think of us.
How we met and how it led into marriage.
I held back loving you as long as I could.
But, Honey, you are an easy person to love.
Why would anyone want to let you go?
I am so grateful to our Lord, because He knew.
He knew the love someone else threw away,
Would some day be the love you bestow me.
Sun creeping through the bedroom shades.
Morning comes much too quickly now.
But just as quickly as each day passes by,
I love you with all my heart and soul.
