This is a really miserable, depressing poem. Most poems I just write on the spur of the moment, and this is no exception, so I apologize for how rough it is, I feel a bit self-conscious about this poem, but hey, give me your worst.
Well, anyways, this is not my best, definitely, and my stuff usually isn't quite so depressing, but I was trying to let off some "emotional energy" and this is what I came up with. Hope you enjoy...(or at least read the entire thing.)

Plaiting the noose around my neck
the blackness crawls in my veins
like ugly black worms
or words
They throw at me
Thrown with strength
in all the wrong places.
And inside I scream
I'm ugly like you (seem)
And I start to panic
The blackness closing in
Once again
Those bright electric flashes in my screaming eyes
As the bell jar closes in.

And the blood is nothing as
I contemplatred long a
fitting end
a pointless life.
But
The wind was too strong and
They but called and down I came.

They scream with evil intent
And I scream no less
Than the least of them.
They ask and ask and ask
But I scream and smash
their fucking hands
their dirty hands away.

They wanted me to cry
as they boxed his life in wood
But I won't do that for them
I can't I can't I won't
They don't know and never will.

And my eyes hurt like
Already
The worms are eating them
But it's all a lie
the doctor's weren't kidding
as I contemplated suicide.
Although she never heard
listening to her own heartbeat
flooding her ears
of me.

Screaming
I feel your anger and tension, but this could use some tweaking, as poetry goes.
I have used poetry, and what I guess they call journaling, for many years.
This has lots of anger and shock. But it seems a little over-the-top, like for shock value-

"Plaited" means braided- you may have meant "placing".
It was ugly, which seemed to be your intent. I hate worms.
You got my attention. Then you ranted. I hope the intention of the rant hears and sees-

Hope things get better-
blessings-
Elizabeth
