The leader of the land of[ ALL] had subcome to a most serious problem. He was confronted by many problems ,which he could not solve or even contemplate. Wandering around for days on end, protruding into weeks and even weekend extensions. With the time spent and nothing solved, he decided that he would ask,and confront the citizens of his kingdom. With due dilligence ,he dressed in his best dress. A shinning icon of his land.
Out in front of his castle domain,he started to walk. Passing by a group he stopped and talked about his problems, without revealing himself. Onward he continued and found more dwellers in his kingdom. The same procedure ensued and onward he went into roads and byways. More people ,added more to his ears burden of hearing. But, the calling of the kingdom dominated.
Without realizing it ,his ear had grown out of proportion to his head. BUT,BUT,he needed the questions and most of all the answers. The ear just grew more and more,to a really funny looking protrusion from his head. The weight of the ear became a problem. Before long ,he was listing, due to the weight. Soon his body was bent over sideways due to the size and weight.
One of his servants produced a cape and covered the ear,and soon afterwood ,the head itself. The burden of the kingdom had brought on this maledy of his life. With a mighty judgment he abdicated his position. The event was so tramatic, that the ear deflated and became normal. {{The leader surmised that one who has a kingdom ,should not have an itching ear, but be the leader}}.

Good lesson
There is a good lesson in this. I think it could use some polishing and editing and it will be a really great management illustration.

If you would like some help with it I will be happy to give it a good edit.
