The clothes were off.
Flesh pushes into strange flesh.
The openings smell like things without names.
Your scent lingers heavily,
like a memory.
Our breath takes the scent,
like wind blows apart smoke.
I filled the openings you had offered,
and I had taken the other.
Leaving me needing.
Openings.
I felt you as you slept.
The soft meat I needed.
I made openings in that strange flesh,
where there once were none.

Encounters
I like this poem. That is, if it's what I think it is: a sexual encounter between strangers, perhaps two people who feel a bit estranged from the world. A place which perhaps seems cold and inhuman. Through the encounter, instead of body fluids, a little bit of love is exchanged.

Then again, maybe I'm reading too much into it?

Anyway, I really like the creepy lyricism.

Or worse
COuld it not be an odd rape? I felt as if someone was violating my sleep when I read this poem, but it's creepy lyricism and different interpretations made it a worthy read.

"I felt you as you slept."
This poem made me feel.. not horny.. I don't know the word but it was a good feeling. the last line confused me a bit, I don't know what kind of hole you made but I hope it felt good for her.

BAAL
After reading this several times I can draw no other conclusion than the obvious. Sounds pretty erotic as long as it was consentual.

By the way, I like this poem.
