Unseen Apocalypse
(for Christopher Walken, ala The Prophecy)

Archangels
slaughter with swords,
steel on fire -
justice higher
than Manís

ruining flesh
offending with hate -
fixed on steel,
great impaler
of War

dark battles
consuming the soul -
flame and ash,
vindicators
of Right

iron clash
weapon on weapon -
blood on steel,
incorruptible
Truth

Pure warfare,
angel on demon -
death and vengeance,
sanctifiers
of Life

Unseen Apocalypse
You are on fire this week Alienist! I loved this. There is indeed so much more going on than meets the eye. Angels and Demons are not that different from each other, after all, most Demons started out as Angels. Some Angels kill and slaughter mercilessly, while some Demons are peaceful and protective of human life and of God's interests, but that's a whole deep barrel of religion and mythology that is mostly unknown to the average Joe Blo.

uhm
You know, this unseen apocalypse doesn't seem true. Of course, you have to be able to believe in angels and demons (bad book, bah) to believe in this apocalypse. But nice poem though.
