Fantasy Friends

Easter's the time we remember
that death is never the end.
That just because someone has left us,
it doesn't mean we've lost a friend.

For all folk live on after dying,
not just our Saviour you know.
But everyone who has departed,
had to have somewhere to go.

Most folk will lose someone who loves them,
the Reaper will take them one day.
But where is the place that he takes them,
I'm sure it's not that far away.

They haven't got arms that can hold us,
or lips that can comfort our ears.
But they stay all around us for ever,
sharing our joys and our fears.

For Easter was the Resurrection,
and Jesus came back from the cross.
To prove to the ones who had loved him,
that death wasn't such a great loss.

But folk just think this was a symbol,
and not what life's really about.
But listen to those who have left you,
they'll whisper away all your doubt.

There's no reason why you should believe me,
and death is where it really ends.
If so then I'm still very happy,
sharing love with my fantasy friends.

Ivor G Davies

The moment created this second, is a moment that's going to last.
It lives the full spectrum of time, the future, the present and past.

No Hell?
Who told you there is no Hell?
I think both of us have lived through it many times....

Glad to see that you two are still speaking! I like this work, Ivor. It's sort of food for thought. On what most consider an uncomfortable subject. I haven't feared death for a long time ... only the manner of the execution ... so to speak. And when you guys get comfortable with this afterlife subject, would you like to "dip into" where you were before you came here?

Execution of Life...

Not sure why anybody would think, 'us two were not speaking to each other', we're brothers and have had no problems. We don't agree on every thing, but then who does. As long as we don't try to push our convictions down each others throats we get along fine.

Yes, we have both been to Hell and back again, for I have found Hell both in the life and on the other side, which may answer your question:

would you like to "dip into" where you were before you came here?

I have done, on many an occasion, as a practicing, christian spiritualist, I have been involved in rescue missions, excorcisms and other such trips where I have been privileged enough to help lost souls to find a better path and strong enough to help the living and some others to fight some of the evil most people would not believe in.

I have been involved in 'healing' inherited problems, both physical and mental, inherited from 'past lives'......

Only explaining this to show that I have already done the 'research' you suggested.....

Mind you none of this detracts from my Faith which is founded in Christianity and Personal Responsibility.

Have Fun,

Death, my opinion
As one who has looked death in the face. Without faith I don't know where we stand. I came to reason that my life was not my own, and could be taken away at any time. With faith I never worried about dying. I worried about my children. I prayed Thy will be done and I'm still here and I'm at peace. It's hard to lose a loved one but we must accept it and know that we all only have a time here. We need to make the best of that time.

I liked this one. Who says there is no heaven or hell ? It is there here itself. U are angry then it will unleash HELL. If U are happy that will be Heaven. I don't believe in any other Heaven or Hell. I also feel whoever goes after death comes back in some form or the other.

Or maybe they may be still around us like Ivor rightly said. The problem is we can't contact them.

Thanks for sharing and Take care.
