Murmurs of passion
heat a room with life and love
Then grow into yelps

Leaps from ancestry
are rebellious ways of
denying the past

Fathers protect young
from mistakes they committed
when they were once young

Women are balance
in a world of death and hate,
they bring life and hope.

A wise man is song
meant to be interpreted
by all not deaf

Those who’re instruments;
played, strummed and picked
are chosen by others.

Cannot dream without
familiar seams breaking
off from reality

Observed Wisdom
Siah,

I have trouble writing a single haiku, here you have strung together 'observed wisdom' beautifully.

For some reason I wanted to change the word 'seams' to scenes in the last haiku, but obviously this changes it's meaning. This actually means I got a bonus verse from you!

Well Written and thank you,

Ivor

collective march

Siah,

"Each day tends to start and end in darkness..."

You certainly know how to bring the light out of the dark-very positive events happening in March, I hope it goes beyond into the following months. I liked “Cannot dream without familiar seams breaking off from reality”

Siah,
Best xxxxtended haiku I've read in weeks. Not a big fan of haiku, but after reading some of yours I could become addicted. LOL
