I'm sailing on a plasticine sea
everybody's sinking underneath
Theyre reaching out unable to breath
The waves break over their screams

Polymer people stand on the north shore
Theyre eyes glazed over,
their fists waded with dollars
Shaking them furiously at the commotion
They pay good money, for peace and quiet

You're gonna get the axe
Dont dare turn your back
Theyre waiting for the chance
At the top of your empire
you sit with everybody under
When they no longer support
You'll come tumbling down

Economists theorize
We need another war
To keep you where you are
When is the distance too far
When we scale the backs of giants
We're knocked out of the sky
Our giants crumble to ground Zero
Still it takes a paycut for you to know
just what is sorrow

The winds of change have blown
my weary ship towards home
Everything I've loved's been cheapened
Everyone losings been cheated
The breeze has me thinking
Where am I really goin

The stentch of your pride
mists over the dock ties
When is enough enough?
When is one too much?

I'm sailing on a plasticine sea
everybodys sinking underneath
Theyre reaching out unable to breath
The waves break over thier screams
