Captivated by the word.
Comforted by the promise of I am.
Protected by grace.
Speared by mercy.
Grounded in faith.

Humbled by his sacrifice.
Washed in the blood.
Surrounded by the light.
Refined to receive.

My will and soul, I surrender.
Let thy will be done.
I am at peace, always kept safe.
Never forsaken, by God's loving

Never forsaken...
Let me congratulate you for offering a poem like this, rich in thoughts, style and the diction, never forsaken...all embraced by your readers at least.

Your surrender is simple and that gives way to contemplate a lot & that sacrifice of yours should be remembered.

I went in your thought, well-communicated, well-versed,and nicely closed in a classic deductive manner.

The promise I found in the piece is profound, though individually (and this individual feelings and view-points are my identity as a READER).

Much more was there to be be written,but....

Present a new one soon.
