~A Poem For Robin~

He knows the times when I’m hurting
But He tells me “just keep on waiting”
So I wait, I wait, I wait, and I wait - - -
Yes, even I, myself need some prayer
I have not come this far just to sit by
And break down into tears - - -

I, even I, who also have some issues
Facing the sunshine and the sunset
The moon and all of the stars- - -
Yet still, I give God all of the glory!

Can I Tell You More?

I visit my son who is in State Prison
Who made and chose the wrong path
Praying to the Lord to save his soul
Love is pain like a bomb being dropped
It cut deep; but with faith and hope - - -
God finally healed me of all pain

So when La’shea talks about D.O.C - - -
I’d already experienced the pain through
My son’s own words of torment… getting
A good visual of the cold, cold, cold place
Even though he cannot see God, he feels him

Can I Tell You More?

Robin, prayer, yes, I need it too - - -
Oooo Weee Oooo Weee yes I do!
My, my, my, hear my prayer O Lord
So you pray for me cause I’m always
Praying for you; I can pray, clap my
Hands speak in tongues tap my feet
To my own beat - - -

Yes Robin, pray for me…I sit, I listen
To the voice of God in everyone and - - -
Everything…. Moment of silence please!
He is time, He is the Creator- - -

Can I Tell You More?

Although I’ve been told that I am phenomenal
Robin so is you! A phenomenal woman you are
Yeah! That’s you…A woman of strength and
A woman of courage who light shines in the
Midst of darkness, who God brought into the
Marvelous light; A phenomenal woman, that’s
you Robin - - -

Thank you Robin for your uplifting words….

God bless You and your Family

Go girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am so touched! to be apart of your poem, WOW!
prayer does work. your son will be fine he has to find his way and if it took God to sit him down in order to do it then be greatful. Why?
because he could be DEAD. Keep the faith and believe in GOD. most souls have been running at the point when God sits them down to think, it is a fork in the road for them a turning point that them themselves must travel.

God bless your son and may god lighten the load you have decided you must carry, because surely, he carries them so you don't have to.

TOO BLESSED to be stressed.
God got your son just like he has me and you.

Robin to Jeannie/LOVE...
You have got to be the sweetest and mean with my
all my heart one of the sweetest human beings I've ever experienced in my entire life...I am so completely honored to have me in your prayers, oh, and you have been in mine...I want you to know that you have made a difference, many of my tears have dried due to prayers being answered, like little wonderful miracles...

I have been through so much hell on earth it is incredible that I still breathe, but, I never lost my faith and this poem is so endearing to my heart...I hope my prayers have helped your son...I as a mother that has lost a son, can only relate, I've never walked in your shoes and I pray for you that even with the mistakes he's made, I can make a difference...

Jeannie, thank you so much for your love, not just for me, but, for all of us...

One more thing, I appreciate and get inspiration from you because you share that love without fear and your words mean so much to so many of us, and as I think of you, I pray you and your son can be together as soon as possible and that he can feel and see the light in that horrible place...

Love to you and God is Blessing you as we speak.

As far as a great prayer answered, I'll share...I could get gifts for my children and on the day this poem was posted, a complete stranger whom has become my friend has offered to see that my children have a Christmas...

My faith endues and thank you again, for this beautiful honor, a gift in words...

Love to you and you boy...

Robin
