Fortune for one means less for some
Lust for both revival change
If we find what we were
Looking for all along
What is left
But the bitter sweet taste
Of compliance
or such
awaken
meanings
untold
unseen
For the simple fact of seeking
Justice
Guilty things come out of dreams
Of the man
Who wanted everything...
But
Who are we to question it if
We ourselves
Judge
the criminal
Take him back
Make him
Then cast him
Like some animal
Into the grooves of society’s wanting hands
Tolerating
only because...we were taught to
Not because it’s our nature of rights
Fortune for one means more to some
Lust for both in separate matters
If we get what we are asking for
What is left
But
The continuing whine of a selfish nation
Who has not yet learned to live
Without guidance
Tempting fate
Because
No one has
Taught the rules of acceptance
Or tasted the subtle actual truth
Fortune for one means nothing for most
Lust for both life and death
Choosing might be the hardest choice
But the aftermath may be worst
------ Having everything you ever wanted is nice, Having everything you need dreamed of is better.
