Those who don't get wet when it rains are those who protect themselves from its drops.

Risk getting wet and feeling the discomfort of it, risk getting hurt and feeling the discomfort of it, or risk nothing and stand under umbrellas, behind shields, inside fortresses.

Yes, this poem can easily become quote...
