Never knowing where to turn,
Or stand around to crash and burn,
Staying mobile, staying fit,
Like the bustle so brightly lit,
Keeping with the people fashion,
Saving for clothes like a ration,
Keep with the in crowd your only survival,
And their laws you read like the bible,
This is how it is living on the streets,
Where you have to be tough ‘cause death is defeat.

Liking it!

I really enjoyed this poem. It had it's own internal beat, that helps it flow. I also very much enjoyed your word use, it all just fit together very nicely.
