I speak to you in silence,
Long after you have gone.
Wanting so bad to be held,
I think of you.
Am I asking for too much,
Or am I patiently awkward in retrospect.
I need so bad to be held,
That I carry no feelings
Of hate or desire.
I can no longer feel
This fatigue that has
So carefully taken over me.
Ill leave all my memories behind,
If youd just hold me for a while.
Keep me safe,
Locked in your arms.
