I poured my heart out to you.
But, what did you do?
You ignored me.
You broke your promise.
You said that you wouldn't hurt me.
But, you did.
You broke my heart.
You pulled it out of my chest,
As it was still beating.
You shred it to pieces,
And watched it fall painfully to the ground.
Ignoring my tearful cries,
You went about life as if nothing was wrong.
I sat in my room crying.
Remembering everything,
Everything that you've said.
But it was all lies.
I hate you for hurting me.
I hate you for saying that you loved me.
I hate you for saying that you were different,
When you were the same as the others all along.
I hate you for saying that you missed me,
When you never did.
I hate you for being the one that I'd fell for.
I hate you for picking me to be your pawn,
For this game you seemed to enjoy playing.
I hate you.
You'd meant everything to me.
You were the reason why I was happy.
The reason why my heart continued to beat,
Then you snatched everything away from me.
Yes, you did.
My words had no feeling to you.
I became non-extistent to you.
I was someone to pass time by.
I hate you for giving me pains.
I hate you for saying that I was your everything,
When the truth is, there was another girl.
I hate you for telling me that we'll be together.
But, it was all LIES, LIES, LIES all along.
I...hate you.

hey windsong, I like the pace you set your piece, it came out fast and made me read it fast because it gave me the effect of brokenness and confusion all coming at once any just saying all that you feel. Theres a lot of strong stuff in this, thanks for sharing.
