Ok, here's the format.
Poetry (300 words)
Prose (300 words)
Poetry
Both categories can be in any style you wish, just stick to the story, and let 'er roll.
You get it right? Ok, I suppose I would have to start this thing.
She's insecure
He's overbearing
Heavenly thoughts of sharing
The ultimate conquest of his young life
, but never a thought of caring
She'll make him a man
he'll make her a wife.
Into the night the lovers dance
in the tempest of full adoration
the beginnings of an eternal romance.
The old reservations still nag her mind,
"Am I too fat?" or "What did he mean by that?"
Love is not a slayer, but kind.
Or so her heart felt, lost in his eyes
His gaze of ice, made her heart melt.
Love's lending a million years
to her lover's tears,
as he fell to the dirt, and looked up to the sky
He cried, with a heart as open as hers, "Why?"
