I have something to share and I'm not certain what I should call it. A fantasy or a nightmare, I'm not afraid of it and somehow I expect it. It waits for me around that corner. Where is a mystery to me but the events are almost certain. I will die there. What a chilling idea fit for the therapist to analyze and measure the level of despair it must represent. I am a troubled man, it would likely say. I know it's a selfish dream because everyone I know is there. They see me. All around me is the shock and grief I expect. The manner of my death is something that changes. At first, I imagined several bullets striking my torso. They are so hot that I forget I'm bleeding. It's quite a Hollywood death since it gives me enough time to see the eyes around me. I have time to relay unfinished dreams I wasn't brave enough to live out. The tears fall and so do I. In the more recent version, I am pierced by a spear. Thrown by who, I don't know. It's long, heavy and very sudden. And there's the look on my face that says, Oh my a spear. What a tragic interuption in my day that would be. This a strange piece of fiction indeed.

Random thoughts?
It seems to me that you were writing this out of random thoughts in your head? It is something that I sometimes do. The subject of death is something that humans will always have to deal with. I have sometimes imagined my own demise in different scenarios as well. Perhaps you can extend these thoughts and make them into a story or something.
