You have told me,
In unquestioned innocence
And complete wisdom
That the love you have given me
How you have nurtured me
Has brought your soul
Into my bones,
As one might fold
Flour into dough;
Indistinguishable, and yet
My sister, my shade,
My isis, Dark Goddess,
I think of you when I\'m alone
And feel your skin where mine is,
See with your eyes, and not my own;
As if I could feel your brilliant blue
Replacing my cool slate grey,
In sight, and not reflection.
I feel you, your words, your love
Blossoming inside of me,
Igniting my nerves, cleansing.
I can feel my soul held together
With the light of you,
And I\'m safe.
I\'m home.

She falls softly down from towering pedastools...
