a slow crescendo repetition, a destined diminuendo to end, her dreamy riff bounces here; side to side, hypnotized her, swandive into a pool of color.

a puddle to swim in, to drink, dead eyes stare from dead air; blink, the television's blind, on the nod, she doesn't care: i love you, i love you, i lov..

so cold on cheekbone pavement, only to blush, it's not much; dancing in her mind, don't mind, what a pretty ballerina is she: symphonies play on her ribcage.

a living voodoo doll, she calls, jerks back in perfection, yeah, a veritable figure of symmetry; cracks backwards and she laughs, in half, at tomorrow's headline.
