--It's a hard thing either way--

You changed to much
coming home hair short
--loved how long it was.
Clothes that speak
how you don't need anyone.
Your small car
with wonderful mileage
all dented up and dirty
no one would dare steal it.
Bought a big American made
gas guzzler
that just screams steal me.
Now you want me
to cut my hair
put on a suit eat vegan
don't drink coffee.
Well I guess change had to come.
I'll pack some bags
and all those books
you'll never read.
If I can't get a place
at least
I'll be free.

It's a hard thing, either way
I read through this and laughed at the end. It is So true! I think I would have moved out, too!
