If the wind had a flavor
what would it be?
Sweet and tasty or
salty as the sea?
And should you
bite to taste it
or just have a lick?
Could it be rolled
around on the tongue
or swallowed really quick?
Does the wind have a flavor?
we should taste it to find
out...otherwise we'll never
know exactly what its all about.

I read your poems
rich and sweet
then lay roses at
your feet.

Probably Thanks for catching it for me. Glad you like it and commented. I think buttered popcorn might be an interesting flavor too; like the jelly beans...mmmm. The flavor should be calorie-free too.

Sorry I missed this one Char
Make mine about Freedom, could that be a taste?

I love the play on words here, really good writing Char. Imagine if it DID have the flavor we wanted....sets my mind in motion.
