He eyed the salmon flesh
Slow-spinning spheres that waltz the gut
Fell still, Whispered drills, provocation
Gulped, the organ; fled, the pulse
Toward two flushing wrists
He tore the iced and moistened death.
Bare hands, repulsed and shaken
Parting life, like dough.
A seeping fluid pooled
And met the maddened eye
Of bleeding granite
