Walking I feel a subtle embrace,
the warmth of you created an awkward awe.
Eyes like diamonds cut through me
and leaves me dishevled.
Ears raised in attentive detail trying to hear the pitter-patter of a weakening heart.
With your nose rasied up to see everything and smell the fear.
Your smile hides what your words truly mean.
Your fingers used to count the reasons why this would never die,
and now it's just 10 different reasons why I hate.

Your feet were the foundation that held us together,
and this foundation has cracks pressing through it.
Your needs that used to tremble and shake with nervous excitment,
are now what I am on in my graveling servant-like state.
