The Weaver
This piece came from a previous work titled "Joy Profound." I write that piece here.

Joy Profound

Happiness is rotary; it comes and goes,
and sometimes is quite intense.

So is anger; a violent emotion.

Sadness has a place in the range of
human emotion.

Envy is the cause of much misery.

All of these, and more, form the
weave of human emotion.

The loom is Joy and God is the weaver.

This piece was inspired by a reading by Diana Hill. It was part of a performance before a live audience at a nursing school in Allentown 8 years ago.
