I lay on the floor
with my arms spread out
and my heart exposed
to wounds that my mind will
impose with thoughts that
transpose to memories and an
urgency to reach to you for
sanity because lonely was never my
song to sing and it is you that
means everything to this heart
that can't stop beating or
my mind that keeps thinking

Very Nice
I liked this much, but have questions

"impose" is out of place. I don't think it's exactly the word you want it to be. I like the idea of having the rhyme at the beginning of the line, though. I can see it as spoken word that way.

And having it untitled is a sad little thing for me. Name the baby!!! :)
