Welcome to the dark side of the world
The world which will be brought down to its knees
To fear us
To realise our ideas are those of kings
Keep your mouth shut
If you say something we don't like, you will wish you hadn't
Oh you think that's a threat? Watch us
You will twist in agony as we watch and laugh
Remorse isn't an existence for us, we are heartless and loud
Who cares if their outlook on life is sunny
Send them to war, take their money
Millions will die on the battlefield and we will mourn them
Who are the ones who sent them there?
The public will be too depressed to even care
And again we will retaliate, send some more
Shot like a rabbit, ripped to their core
Oh and while we're making promises, here is one more
Yeah I'll take your healthcafe benefits, I'll take them for sure

Alone I stand above the crowd, looking down without a sound
Powerful, elusive, captivating, me
Business-suit, gelled-hair, white shirt, a man of great strength you will see
Masses are followers and followers are masses
Hard to control
But we admire the ones who stand up and butt our heads in the clashes
They are the ones who will be leaders someday
Not to our values but strong anyway
A thousand years on, it could never be now
We've made sure we have future leaders here which to our thoughts they will bow

Caged like an animal
This is what you wanted
You elected us and now you suffer
Isn't it ironic the one you respected you now loathe
Well hate all you like. Death will be with you soon
Tie them up and bring the belts
Pelt them before their end
Kick his behind, blood on his eyes
Make him see the full extent of our cruelty
Oh man am I going to make headlines today
The world will see I will not have criminals in this country!
Don't give them their dignity! We are the only ones with dignity!
Keep your uproar shouting, the one in power is ME
Yes that's right, shout crowd shout! This here is your monster
I told you to hate him and now you will listen
Buy the paper with my face on the cover!
Throw your hands up as if in government there is no other!

Don't trust the ticking of the clock to bring you hope
Your life is over
And when we hold you down, your breath is getting slower
Where are you friends now? You look around to see no-one
Your eyes are blacking out, your lungs burning in agony
Eyes in the crowd focused like eagles, there will be no sympathy
If anything, today will be the day you find out if there is existence
Beyond this world, they will take you only through pittance
Our crowns will shine the brightest in this world we know it all
A step away from holiness, our chests covered in gold

Alone, restless in the dark
No light from the outside streets
The slow rhythm of the bedside clock
Ticking, unison, never-ending
You punch your pillow in defeat
The screams are echoed all throughout the night
Trying to push it away, trying with all your might
Short visions of blurred faces, terrified
But how could the memory be so far away
We sent them to hell yesterday
Your skin is getting colder, the tears stream down your cheeks
As the thoughts continually taunt you
You're sure your life is complete

Alone I stand below the crowd, looking up without a sound
Weak, uninspiring, desolate, unwillingly free
Worn jacket, greasy hair, a stained shirt you will see
Elected are the ones who were spoken of previously
The speakers of the new world are speaking to everyone
Everyone except me

Not bad...
Ah, silly leaders, why can't we all just get along? A lot of intensity in this, maybe too much, but your conclusion hit the spot:

The speakers of the new world are speaking to everyone
Everyone except me.
