As I walk down this cold and lonely road I think.

What if? What if this darkness never fades?

What if I can’t walk towards the light?

Then as my fears become reality the darkness climbs,

Deeper and deeper as it settles behind my eyes.

I realize this dark and lonely road is the future, the future of my dread.

Deeper and deeper as it settles behind my eyes.
(that was the only line I disliked! I'm not sure why tho! I mean it isn't bad, just doens't flow! Work on flowing in the future!)

What if?
Thank you for the help, if there any thing else in this poem you disliked?

I like the rest of the poem, quite well! It seems to pull you in until that one line!
