Icarus, fly not so close to the sun.
Seek out the high that you can sustain.
Reznor found "happiness in slavery" and Manson, in an absinthe craze, loves to command his minions from the border of hell and earth;
But you, Icarus, are something more sensitive.
Pack a bowl and crack a Corona but leave the wine and the opium alone.
Leave the diamond decked Hova to reign over his murder capital.
Maybe he'll commision a poem someday.
Do not believe that the future or the past is now;
you can't even hide in Mexico anymore.
Icarus, fly not too close to the sun but seek out the height you can sustain.
