You say you’re better than me
And I laugh at the thought

You say you can take anything -
Any thing you want

I try to tell you how wrong you are until I see the sight
The site of the girls I like

Turning their backs and I say it’s ok - its just one, then one by one they walk away
As a smile grows on his face

I never thought he was right, but I am in shock to this day
They say its ok you’re my friend and he can’t take that away

Then after awhile all I see is friends, and as I look at him
He just widens his grin; he goes through them day by day

After some time he starts to look around and he no longer seas girls;
He sees angry women with broken hearts

Then as they fade away
The realizes he is alone… alone in the dark… in the dark

What do you mean; there are some word I used for a play on words. Such as 'After some time he starts to look around and he no longer seas girls;
' it is meant to be a way to measure the ammot of girls. Please do not be shy about pointing these things out.
