I see you
page in hand,
lips paused on the verge
of speaking.
The dance of your eyes
tell me you are connected
to my world,
by my words.
Tell me, please
what you are thinking
when you read into it.
Describe in exquisite detail
the quickened pulse,
the wild, taught need arising.
I am watching
your eyes
slip across my pages.
Are your thoughts,
once so carefully hidden,
now betrayed
by wide eyes
and frozen smile?
Is that wicked grin
so vexing
with its hidden truths,
now thawed by the heat
of inked passions
now expressed?
Why the touch
of trembled fingers
to your lips?
Is that desire
welling within?
Is the wonder there
a silent call
for the imagined tenderness?
Do you want
the real feel of words
pressed to the flesh,
and folded
into your soul?
What of the sting
of decadent verse,
and the slippery gloss
of well placed phrases?
Itís there,
waiting, wanting, needing
to be revealed.
Now finish
what you have started
and my words
will carry you there.
Give into the embrace
of sweetly crafted
silky text.
Read, live, breathe ,
the tale so desperately
scrawled into existence
and know
what it is like
to read into me

wow...
I really have no words to describe how grateful I am that you guys remembered me. I am really glad that you enjoyed my poems. It has been a while since I posted and I was wondering how it would be received. Thank you both for making me feel welcome.
It means a lot.
