I imagine someone painting with silence is also painting in silence, i.e. painting silence from silence. Nice, nice layering of the images here.

a silence that screams
A painting, while usually done in silence, absorbs the screams and sentiments of the painter through the brushstrokes lovingly applied. A really FINE haiku, JJD....
