The Columbian drug lords
don't know me,
but they know my ex-husbands (own them).

They waited in my living room,
then raided my bedroom.
They sat at my dinner table
and laughed at me.

They keep me from taking my daughter
to the doctor and the dentist.
They keep us from going to Disneyland,
from doing just to do.

They led my husbands to the edge,
then over.
They drowned their spirits
in my tears,
and their own regrets.
