As mother and child lay sleeping in silence,
no thoughts, no worries, no fears;
the faint song of morning birds give way to
sunbeams glistening through dew-stained trees,
bringing about the dawn of a new day.
A day in which the outcome rests on those first morning
hello's, the I love yous as you send her off to school,
and the thought of hugs and kisses on your return home.

Make every day a new and joyful beginning:
for the outcome may not always be the one you had in mind.

~ Christopher S. Brown (2004)
