Your the train wreck,
Floating fast through the sky
threatening the heavens.

Im the little silhouette,
dancing from the fire youve created.
Our flames without reason.

This is my noticeable plea,
to end the disease,
to rain on this parade of hypocrisy.

We are that emotional that well send you to heaven,
protesting your actions
all the while you lead us blindly.

That smile breaks as the fire from the skies,
bleeds through and breaks the clouds,
Leaving nuclear remains of a once great life.
A once great country.

post-firstterm blues

Artful doubter, I pray this vision proves false.

Poetically political, or politically poetic, you express and amplify my fears, which are shared by a nearly-overwhelming minority, itself overwhelmed by a greater fear nurtured by its' beneficiaries.

Your byte count on this post in itself creeps me out.

Critically, I might substitute "smirk" for "smile". Also, careful proofreading removes undermining distractions.
