Tests and needles
And they still don't know

Opinions and insurance
And they still don't know

Tears and pain
And they still don't know

Coughing and fainting
And they still don't know

Time and death
And they still don't know

I havn't told
So you still don't know

this is so sad! i like that it's so simplistic... i think it makes it sadder, it adds to the effect. very nice, i like!

this is so sad...i was blown away by the how effectively i was saddened by your words. sg was right, the simplistic style that you used was great. wow, i actually got shivers when i reached the last stanza. very, very good write. i love it.

Good write
Excellent work. You convey bitterness here in a halting, slightly haughty, manner whilst ably leading the reader to a conclusion that should have been obvious, but wasn't.

Skillfully written.

Sassy, Frenchie
It's a little... Je ne sais quois! Tongue in cheek? I like this. It's deservingly wry.
