Easy answers don't exist but I'll try.
The David Bowie method - grab a magazine/newspaper, cut out words at random, mix 'em up and throw on to the table, write the words down in the order they fall. or

Close your eyes, use your other four senses to describe your surroundings. or

Use the block's strength against itself - imagine it as a wall or a fence, how would you 'break' through a real one? or

Write down a sentence - anything doesn't matter what. Now another sentence beneath that and so on. See what emerges, sometimes it can be really comical!
Hope this helps - good luck, main thing is not to panic. Writer's block happens to loads of people, you'll get past it, don't worry.
