Call me crazy if you wish
But you should call me more often

Call me Maniacal, depressed, and repressive, if you like
But Id still like for you to call.

List my faults, in alphabetic order,
or arrange them by severity of annoyance to you,
and then recite the list to me

You will find, that I do not mind, just call.

I have no mind, save the mind
to find a way to stay connected to you
and save myself,

I can only be saved by you.

I need you too much

Like a barren land calls to sky and begs for hard rain, even acid rain
your words hit me like balls of ice

I am pounded by a barrage of angry projectiles -
Your phone call, your words, your passing hailstorm

When the storm has passed
When you do hang up

I will lay flat

Beat upon, bruised and opened
up by your piercing passing thoughts

Ill soak in the fallen rain, and let it sustain me
While I pray for more rain, and wait for your call
