Shadows cast across his soul
his heart cold, hard as stone
his blood of life surrounds him whole
leaving his life, still alone

Dreams that disturbe you when you sleep,
and haunt you when you are awake.
Make up a mirror of who and what you are,

Not bad.
chill,

This was good. Very short and got right to the point, kind of poem.

I think we can all make our own meanings here. Mine is probably not yours but a good poem nonethless. For references sake I have a figure of an aloof and cold and grim figure as I read it who is a shadow of what he dreams to be. Is that what it is suppose to be, or did I miss/made more something.

Nice work.

WOW!!
Thank you all of you! Holy I never thought that I would get this much of a response. Drastine, I love your work, thanx for taking time to read mine. Furious, yeah you're pretty close in your interpretation. I was having a bad day and was thinkin weird so I decided to put some of the images in my head on paper:) And of course Jessicanm, I never thought that it could be a haiku, I don't really know the technicalaties of a Haiku so, maybe. And thanx for always replying to my writings (Rin:Hunters dawn is on the way soon):)
