Oh God,
My father,
I can feel the sky falling.
My armour don't shine
so bright no more.
Lasso's fell like reigns
The stars laughed
as the moon sped away.
Even the stone inside
me can be patient.
but when I balance
on this wire
so close to your breath.
I grow so afraid
of this violent shaking.
I can't keep my mind
quiet.
I can't break my silent
weary mouth.
To tell you the simplest
endearment
as if my tongue is not
worthy of such
pronouncements.
But your heart knows
nothing of worth.
Beggers to kings
it swallows the latter.
I am no knight,
I am hiding in this wall
of flesh.
covered in the shadows
of night.
