Have you ever noticed, when
On days,
You feel groggy and grouchy,
And the world responds
In that very same way?

Have you ever smelt,
Sometimes,
In yourself,
In a crematorium as if,
The burning smell of inner soul?

Have you ever got,
At times,
The intricate formulae
Of the chemistry in
Human interactions,
Though so irregular?

Have you ever…

Well, if you have ever experienced
Such things in depth and more,
Then, you cannot expect a
Restful repose –
Never!

Restful Repose
Myth, I like the system here, the rapid flow of condition, from the simplest sense of being to science. It makes your piece original and more affecting. I especially like the second stanza, although I wonder if I was correct with my understanding: that if I ever smelt in myself the smell of crematorium's burning smell of the inner soul? If so, this is even better!
