It is before the daybreaks
The sound wakes me up
The sound, I guess,
I have been listening for many years –
Since the waking-up to my senses.

But as I wake
The sound moves away
I search,
Madly I search –
The sound in my senses.

The sound, I guess,
Will wake me up
One day,
When I’ll truly wake up
To my senses –
I guess.

I find your style very interesting. I can't really put my finger on it but most writers when using a similar style as yourself come off as shallow. However your poem prove that to be wrong. I loved the way you used "sound" I think it can mean alot of diff. things to diff. people. Making it an outstanding choice.
