The knife raised and dropped, raised and dropped. Blood dripped trying to escape back into the open holes from which it came. Red lines running down God knows who arms. A little boy is watching. An old lady is screamming. The knife kept going up, and down. The victim watched as the knife raised and fell. "Somebody please help", the little boy cries. "Do you want to ruin your life like this" the old lady cried. Finally something snapped and the stabbing stopped. The victim, the one they called panic, layed as his existance slowly disappeared. All was quiet. The little boy curled and went to sleep. The old lady rocked her chair knitting yarn. The other slid back in the shadows holding its blade. They were all quiet and peace took over leaving one man, who splashes water on his face, then returns to the meeting.

Thank you penelope
I think I will rest well when I write the poem/story that will knock you off of your feet. You are great motivation, see I believe I am a remarkable writter and that I will prove. You have given me more reason to "go get em".....Keep me on my feet(lol).

browsing and couldnt help myself
Its funny, I was reading this flash fiction and took it as an individual with a split personality. Despite pens comment I thought this was a very good write. There was a couple of typos and writting errors but overall nice. Looks like I might be a fan (hee hee)
