Oblivious soul, you once wandered in happiness
You stumbled in tragedy unaware,
When you were awakened, and rid of your blindness,
To the world you gave an astounded glare.

To the world you once thought was so joyful,
Turned out to be miserable and unfair,
To the world with all its beauty that once existed,
Has now become a nightmare.

To the angels you call,
To god you pray, for safety and peace in mind,
From the world that's so misleading,
And for frankness thatís hard to find.

For shelter you search,
A true friend you seek, a bottle where you can empty your tears,
When you find your home, hold on tightly to your faith,
And God will shield you from all of your fears.
